My issue now is in the Amazon Prime Video login section, when I push the "ABC" function for capital letters the screen freezes and I have to restart the TV. Amazon wouldn't I just got a Samsung Smart Tv and the apps wont download. When I went into my apps the apps that didn't download were shaded. for example, the Skype app is shaded, and at the bottom of the icon there is a download looking bar. i am facing the same problem, when i try to install or update any app in my LG43LF6300 i am getting a pop-up Happened to me yesterday in my new LG 65UK6300. I noticed it actually says if you skip that some TV features will not be available for use. After it was done I could update Netflix, Fox, and download any app.
