Steam mods not downloading

2 Mar 2018 When I install mods they don't work even though I have them in the data folder. After installing them I started a new game. I have steam version and created mods folder in game directory as it is said in a mod description.

• Unfortunately Nvidia GeForce doesn't save downloaded mods after leaving the game. The best solution i've found is to launch steam, Right click on Cities

The only thing that you do put on the website is a Steam Workshops Mod URL.
