I can't seem to download a single damn driver off their website, all end up with a XML can't find or something, super annoying. My laptop is mostly useless now, what can I do??? Has Sony just given up with their VAIO support? I know they sold it off but WTF, can't just leave everyone hanging.

Hi I'm trying to upgrade to a ASUS GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Turbo 11GB from an ASUS ARES III. But when I install the Nvidia drivers the system goes unstable and crashes to a black screen. The process I'm following: 1) Clean out current drivers using Windows uninstall and/or DDU 18.0.0.5 2) Restart system to confirm stability - runs ok in 1024 * 768 3) Start install of NVIDIA drivers 411.63 (tried i too can confirm asus support channel is out of order. can’t get all drivers for my new build after 7 hours of work i have to wait to complete it. not the kind of support you expect after dumping $450 into their flagship z390 board. any eta on this being fixed u/Asus_USA?
